Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any of the wax melts due to the nature of the products. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your product please contact us, and we can rectify any issues.

If any items arrive damaged or faulty we will be more than happy to replace the item. All damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
